Conference registration is now available online — Please complete the registration form below to finalize your reservations.

Fees, Billing & Cancellation
The conference registration fees are $950 per person (includes 2 nights stay & 5 meals) and the registration deadline is July 2nd, 2026 ($100 Late Fee).

Additional hotel nights availabe: $260 per additional stay

Local clients/prospects that are not in need of hotel rooms will be billed accordingly.

MEA will be billing your institution direct on July 6th, 2026.
